PROJECT FEATURES
ARCHITECTURE
The residential and commercial building is designed as a double-sided block complex consisting of six lamellas (A, B, C, D, E, and F), forming a unified whole with two inner atrium courtyards within the plot.
Special emphasis is placed on the building's relationship with Dunavska Street, where the ground floor and galleries open toward the city.

MATERIALS
The building façade is executed as a combination of modern ventilated systems and contact façade solutions, finished with large-format Laminam ceramic panels. The use of high-quality, durable materials ensures superior aesthetics, energy efficiency, and long-term durability.
Exterior joinery is wood-aluminum with triple-layer low-emission glass, providing excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. Secondary façade elements, such as terrace and loggia railings, are made of laminated safety glass with steel handrails, further emphasizing the building's contemporary character.
INSTALLATIONS & COMFORT
The building is equipped with a complete system of modern installations, in accordance with the highest residential standards. Apartment heating from the first to the sixth floor is connected to the Belgrade district heating system, while bathrooms feature electric underfloor heating. Cooling and air conditioning are provided via split systems in living rooms and bedrooms.
Penthouse apartments offer an elevated level of comfort, with heating, cooling, and air conditioning systems powered by heat pumps and fan-coil units, as well as centralized domestic hot water preparation.
